Rhubarb is beautiful. Rhubarb makes me smile. Rhubarb is life. When it comes to my girl rhubarb, the possibilities are truly endless. I've made linzer cookies with homemade rhubarb curd, an orange cardamom rhubarb rosemary cake, rhubarb margaritas, etc etc! I LOVE YOU RHUBARB!
